Raquel Brillo

Raquel Opeña Brillo was born in Tacloban City. Raquel and his family survived the Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) when it hits the Philippines. Because of this Raquel dedicated more efforts in supporting his husband and the members of Hungry Geeks Philippines Incorporated in it’s mission statement.

She graduated of a course BS Information Technology in Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) she learned and fall in love with technology. During her experience in studies she have learned first hand how tough it is to learn and practice codes without having a computer to use. Tested by hardship she was able to finish the course and her dreams of helping students with the fun of learning technology started.

Even with the basic knowledge of programing and having not satisfied with her learnings she took Computer Hardware and Servicing NCII and passed TESDA NCII licensure examination.

Armed with her knowledge in basic programing and computer hardware and networking she is ready to make her dreams a reality. With the help of her fellow members of ph.HungryGeeks.org they will bring the spirit and teaching of LEGS (Learn, Earn, Grow and Share) to every Hungry Geeks in the Philippines and very soon all over the world.
