Mission Statement
Hungry Geeks Philippines is a dedicated group of Geeks whose Members have come together to improve the quality of life through the use of technology. Through our LEGS (Learn, Earn, Grow, Share) program Hungry Geeks provides education with hands-on-experience regarding technical skills, work from home projects, modern farming and nutrition.
- Provide access to applications that inspire learning and support our Mission Statement – ph.HungryGeeks.org is a proud supporter of FreeRice.com.
- Provide knowledge through onsite and virtual training/seminars in areas of technology, communications, online work, modern farming, health/nutrition and green power. While everyone with a passion and desire to learn is welcome, we give special attention to students, out-of-school youth (OSY) and seniors.
- Support local economies through promotion and education of modern farming, health, nutrition and online jobs which allow Members to work from home.
Hungry Geeks are eager to please – we are hungry to learn, hungry to earn, hungry to grow and most importantly we have a spirit to share and assist others. We call this our LEGS program – Learn, Earn, Grow, Share.
ph.HungryGeeks.org was debuted in Tacloban City, Philippines in 2011 and has since expanded to Cebu and Butuan-Caraga.
